Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years recruiting experience
- 4 year degree preferred
- Corporate and Agency experience a plus
- Vendor Management System experience
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for professional positions
- Direct source, screen resumes, perform telephone screen interviews and interview candidates for referral to managers
- Track candidates properly for compliance, measure and report on applicant flow and source effectiveness
- Utilize innovative and creative recruitment methodologies in a cost-effective and timely manner with the aim of limiting non-fee candidate sources
- Manage recruitment processes to ensure accurate and compliant records & retention
