TECHEAD is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to serve as the primary consultant between various business units in order to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs for a major provider of specialty insurance and assistance services. 

Highlights

  • Provide expert authority for business partners on SDLC processes 
  • Act as a liaison between business partners, project management, development and quality assurance teams 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures used by the Business Analysis team 
  • Share your knowledge as a resource for less experienced Associates

What You’ll Do 

  • Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies 
  • Create, manage and implement requirements to support the organization’s international websites 
  • Consult with company’s global IT & business representatives to elicit and maintain requirements 
  • Develop and solicit approval of SDLC documentation 
  • Manage the change control process for assigned projects 
  • Review requirements, specifications, test documentation, implementation, support, training and maintenance plans to ensure alignment with business objectives on projects 
  • Serve as primary contact for researching root-cause and facilitating resolution of production errors 
  • Aid in the remediation of defects encountered during QA testing

 

What you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline
  • 5 – 7yrs experience supporting projects related to process improvement
  • Exceptional communication, organization and project coordination skills
  • Any experience in insurance or ecommerce projects is a plus!
